    Step 1

    先把先淮山去皮磨成茸。Peel and grind the Japanese fresh yam.

    Step 2

    放一只鸡蛋、味霖和酱油搅匀,再放粟粉及盐入内搅匀。Add an egg, mirin and soy sauce and mix well, then add corn flour and salt continue mix well.

    Step 3

    平底锅下油烧热后,倒入鲜淮山茸,用中火煎1分钟,然后盖上盖煮5分钟,翻面再煎大概8分钟,煎至金黄色后盛碟,摆上紫菜丝即可享用。Heat oil in a frying pan, pour in Japanese fresh yam fry for 1 minute on medium heat, then cover lid and cook for 5 minutes, turn over fry for about 8 minutes until golden brown, serve on a plate, place some shredded seaweed on top, enjoy!
